Haiti - Security : 3 earthquakes in 48 hours
The Geological Engineer Claude Prépetit, Coordinator of the Seismic Technical Unit (UTS) of the Bureau of Mines and Energy (BME) informs that in the last 48 hours 3 earthquakes were felt in Haiti, including two lightweight and one mmoderate.

Wednesday, April 15, 2015 : (Carrefour and Gressier)
A light earthquake 3.43 magnitude on the Richter scale was recorded at 01h03'32 '' am, Haiti time [5:03:32 UTC]. The epicenter was located 13.6 km south east of the city of Léogâne 18.40°N, 72.57°W, 0 km depth. It was felt in Carrefour and Gressier.

Wednesday, April 15, 2015 : : (Jérémie and Baradères)
A moderate earthquake of 4.33 magnitude on the Richter scale was recorded at 09h56'52 'pm, Haiti time [1:56:52 UTC]. The epicenter was located at sea 23 km north-east of the city of Jérémie, 18.79°N, 73.97°W 14 km deep. It was felt in Jérémie and Baradères.

Thursday, April 16, 2015 :
UA light earthquake 3.73 magnitude on the Richter scale was recorded at 04h04'07 '' am, Haiti time [8:04:07 UTC]. The epicenter was located at sea 81 km northwest of Pointe à Raquettes 19.26°N, 73.65°W (La Gonâve), 9 km deep.

According to geological engineer Prépetit these microseismic allow to gradually release the pressure and are a good thing, however, stating, "this does not prevent from having a strong earthquake at any moment."
